Moonmap Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Moonmap, a SaaS marketing analytics platform operated by Astronaut Party Inc. (“Moonmap,” “we,” “us”), based in San Francisco, CA. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Moonmap provides marketing analytics, cross-platform attribution, and campaign optimization tools integrating Meta Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Shopify, Northbeam, and related platforms. Features include unified reporting, AI-powered insights, first-party attribution tracking, and creative/campaign management workflows.

2. Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Moonmap reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

Subscriptions bill in advance (monthly or annually) in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period with no prorated refunds. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Permitted Uses

You may use the service to:

View analytics and generate reports
Connect supported third-party advertising and commerce platforms
Receive AI-generated insights and recommendations
Install Moonmap's first-party tracking pixel on connected Shopify stores
Manage and optimize advertising campaigns through the platform

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the service via automated means
Use the service to develop a competing product
Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure
Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Resell, sublicense, or transfer access without written authorization

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your business data. Moonmap accesses your connected platform data as described in our Privacy Policy and installs first-party tracking pixels on Shopify stores you authorize. We process and analyze your data solely to provide the service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Moonmap service, including all software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Astronaut Party Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonable.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Moonmap does not warrant that insights or recommendations will achieve any particular result.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonmap's aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the amounts paid by you to Moonmap in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Moonmap is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access ceases and your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the website with an updated “Last Updated” date and communicated to registered users by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
